The focus at the spa is on functional medicine and a holistic approach based on science. The aim is to re-connect mind and body with a fusion of modern and ancient healing methods based on the principles of healthy eating, regular activity and rejuvenating spa treatments. The highly experienced team deliver top-notch holistic, therapeutic and Thalassotherapy treatments which will leave you feeling uplifted and energised. There is an in-house nutritionist as well as a visiting psychologist life coach. Facilities include indoor Thalasso pool, 12 treatment rooms, saunas, steam rooms, relaxation room and holistic studio. There are 3 swimming pools in total; the garden pool close to reception is surrounded by greenery and usually tranquil, while the livelier Beach Club saltwater pool is larger, with plenty of sunloungers on the wooden deck, and a small Jacuzzi. The indoor spa Thalasso pool is better suited for soaking and hydrotherapy than swimming, being heated to 35°C. In addition, there is a small kids pool within the kids club, with a lifeguard present, which is open during the summer months only. All are heated, except for the kids pool. The beach is open to the public, but it’s still a serene place to take a dip.
