In 2012 when the German couple Tilman Rippel and his wife Bettina, a medical doctor, visited Ghana for the first time, they fell in love with the beautiful coast of Ghana and began to dream of the Rippels Lodge:  to create a generous place where luxury meets tailored holistic experiences.
