Out of consideration for the difficult situation of our planet, the centre is organized according to the principles of eco-sustainability: we offer only vegetarian food, mainly organic and local, and we protect the integrity of the natural environment in which the centre is located. By providing a good example and by including respetive subjects in our teaching programme the Centre promotes an ecological lifestyle, that protects living beings and their surroundings.
