The Meditation Center ” Il Risveglio” is located in the Tuscan hills near Grosseto. The venue host groups who are looking for a space to suggest and organize yoga retreats, tai chi, meditation and other related activities.  It offer the opportunity to stay in a quiet and pleasant place, so as to deepen the sensitivity and quality of an interior presence, which is essential for an authentic life; in a laic and informal way.
In the Centre itself lives the teacher, who offers periodic retreats for his groups and whom you can freely address to exchange and examine all the questions useful to the path of self- knowledge.
